Policies

To maintain the utmost comfort and safety for all guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following policies:

• No smoking inside the cabin. A smoke canister is provided outside on the deck. $150 per night in extra cleaning fees will apply if indoor smoking is detected.
• We have a very strict NO PET POLICY. The cabin is NOT pet friendly. $150 per night in extra cleaning fees will apply for any violation of our pet policy.
• We do not allow parties, group gatherings, or events.
• Maximum of four guests, including children. This cabin is not suited for small children and is not child-proofed.
• No camping or motor homes on the property.
• Must be at least 23 years old to rent the property.
• Check In: 4pm / Check Out: 10am

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund less a $25 transaction fee if cancellation is at least 30 days before check-in
• 50% refund less a $25 transaction fee if cancellation is at least 14 days before check-in
• No refund if cancellation is less than 14 days before check-in
• While we don’t offer refunds solely based on bad weather or forecasts, we understand unforeseen circumstances. We are more than happy to work with you and credit you for a future stay. Please keep in mind that the period from mid-December to early March typically experiences the most snow and ice, and we may need to reschedule your stay to ensure your safety.
